  • Running a business is so expensive. How much does Asana cost?

    Everything taught within this course is aligned to the FREE version of Asana. Asana's free version is incredibly robust and this system is designed to make the most of your business dollars.

  • I run my teacher business solo. Do I need a project management system?

    Once your business systems are tidy you will be amazed how quickly you can answer customer service questions, locate passwords when troubleshooting tech, reference courses to gain insight (without buying something new), etc. In this course we will optimize your work schedule and ensure that the time you have is being spent in the most efficient way possible. If and when you decide to add a team member, you'll already have everything organized and have a smooth communication system without adding a new tool.

  • My team is using Google Drive, Airtable, Email, Voxer, and Slack currently and that feels like it's working okay for now. Do I need Asana?

    I'll never suggest removing valuable spreadsheets, hubs, and planning tools that ARE working but in this course you'll see me link them within a larger project management hub. We'll talk about the benefits of keeping communication within Asana and you might be surprised how few questions/meetings there are once everyone has access to the right standard operating procedures and reference information.

  • I know myself. I don't have time to take a course and I rarely finish courses. I'm not sure if this is a good fit for me.

    Inside the course, there are two checkpoints where students sometimes find that a coaching session would be helpful to have a second set of eyes on their business. There is a link inside the course that offers a scheduling calendar exclusive to course students for this purpose.

  • If I start the course but change my mind and want to have Janice build my Asana workspace, what should I do?

    If at any time a course student decides they would like to purchase a VIP week, the price of the course will be applied to that service. That means you can start with the course today, and then reach out for a VIP week months later when the time is right for your business.
